In reality, it will force DMV to issue driver's licenses or ID cards to illegal aliens. If signed into law by Gov. Davis, those who have committed the crime of violating our federal immigration laws, will have the "keys to the vault" to get millions more of citizen's hard earned tax dollars for benefits which citizens are denied as well other advantages.
The driver's license or ID card can no longer be considered a valid document as these lawbreakers will use it to pose as legal residents or citizens to get FULL welfare and medical benefits, take even more jobs from citizens, defraud honest businesspeople, etc.
ACTION:
A) Get the Vote Record. It should be posted by Friday but if you want it before then, call the office of Hilda Solis (916) 445-1418 and request it. Keep this list so you'll know who champions illegal alien's rights over citizen's rights and reference it before the next election.
B) Flood Gov. Davis with a deluge of letters, calls and fax messages demanding he VETO this legislation.

Listed below are the Senators who just approved giving the CA driver's license to illegal aliens so they can rip you off even more effectively. This has been one of Speaker Villaraigosa's primary goals - it was one of his 7 demands for illegals when he spoke at the 1996 MARCHA in Washington, DC. REMEMBER THEM AT ELECTION TIME!

SCAM IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT FOR THIS LEGISLATION
According to the DMV Headquarters in Sacramento, Japanese nationals can come here on a visa as many time a year as they want -- and their Japanese licenses are acceptaable for driving on California highways. Solis reason that we must not "inconvenience" Japanese businesspeople has never been anything but a front to get this bill passed. All were advised of this well in advance of the final vote.
Will Gov. Davis again pander to the demands of the illegals and sign this into law? Will President Zedillo have to make another visit to tell him what to do!
If Davis does sign it, it will open the floodgates for not only massive fraud by illegal aliens but also criminals who wish to establish multiple identities.
PLEASE FOLKS, GET THOSE LETTERS, CALLS AND FAX MESSAGES GOING, DEMANDING DAVIS VETO THIS BILL!
